As the CEO of Flores & Associates Insurance Services, Inc., and as an independent agent/broker, Joe is an Industry Expert with real-world experience.He is also a local guy in a corporate world – he shares your sense of community and he’s just like the people he serves. Joe met his wife Dina of 30+ years at Long Beach State University, where he earned his BS in Business Marketing and Management, and they live here. Joe and Dina love spending time spent raising, supporting, and encouraging their children. With his sons Paul and John, along with daughter Ruby, Joe is active in the community, participating in various activities including Lacrosse, Baseball, and the Scouts.
Soon after relocating to Roseville in 1994, Joe worked for Foundation Health and then Health Net in Medicare Sales. After earning his MBA from National University, Joe served Western Health Advantage as their Medicare Operations Manager. He then decided to continue his formal education and in 2005 earned his Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento because he knew studying law would help him to keep up to date and allow him to be always offering his clients and agents the best advice on the latest healthcare legislation and industry changes.
Joe has always believed in giving back and serving the community too. To this day he remains an active Board Member for both the Roseville Host Lions Club and the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce as is well-known and well thought of in the community.
